Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of DigitalFlyy's digital courses and related digital educational products.
1. Digital Product Policy
DigitalFlyy courses are digital educational products. Once course access or digital content has been successfully delivered, the customer may have immediate access to the purchased material.
Because digital content can be accessed and consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where an eligible issue is approved by DigitalFlyy.
2. Eligible Situations
DigitalFlyy may consider a refund or suitable resolution where:
- Payment was successfully completed but the purchased course was not delivered
- A verified technical issue prevents reasonable access to the purchased course
- The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase
- A payment error resulted in an unintended duplicate transaction
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law
DigitalFlyy may request reasonable evidence such as:
- Payment receipt
- Transaction ID
- Order details
- Screenshot of the issue
- Email or phone number used during purchase
3. Access Problems
If you cannot access your purchased course, contact us before requesting a payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine access or technical problems.

4. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make two successful payments for the same product, contact DigitalFlyy with both transaction details. After verification, the duplicate transaction may be eligible for a refund.
5. Change of Mind
A refund is generally not provided simply because:
- You changed your mind
- You have not watched the course
- You no longer want to learn AI filmmaking
- You did not have enough time to complete the course
- You expected a different personal result
- You did not implement the material
- You expected guaranteed income or clients
The course is an educational product and does not guarantee financial or professional results.
6. Third-Party Tools
Payments made separately to third-party AI tools, software platforms, subscriptions, or services are subject to those providers' own refund policies.
DigitalFlyy cannot issue refunds for third-party purchases that were not made through DigitalFlyy.
7. Refund Requests
For an eligible refund request, contact us using the details below.
Please include:
- Full name
- Email used during purchase
- Order/payment reference
- Date of transaction
- Reason for the request
- Supporting evidence where applicable

8. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider, subject to the provider's processing timelines.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or other payment service.
9. Fraudulent Transactions
DigitalFlyy reserves the right to investigate suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized transactions. Refunds may be withheld while a transaction is being investigated, subject to applicable law.
10. Chargebacks
Customers are requested to contact DigitalFlyy support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the issue concerns course access or a technical problem. DigitalFlyy will attempt to resolve legitimate issues directly.
11. Policy Changes
DigitalFlyy may update this Refund Policy when necessary. The latest version will be published on the website with the applicable updated date.
